Looks GREAT!...."but...."

Installed it this morning...havent had time to use it..Im in Beijing China and Im small town country boy...have spent lots of time in woods. Now Im in a concrete jungle...facing fear to stray more than a few blocks from my apartment. There are not many days of actual visible sun here and seeing it rise is best on a tv screen apparently. I have opened the app 4 times now. And each time Ive noticed it shows North in a different location in reference to the alignment of the floor tiles? Can I feel confident with this tool?...or is this a glitch that is isolated to my floor tiles or my iPad."...which I know is quite quirky at times...
